Well I was waiting for a sale and Ken for Fatal Fury COTW and it's all here, so just made the purchase. About to boot it up right now...

I'm loving Fatal Fury COTW so far, even though I currently SUCK at it. It's definitely not a super easy pick up and play game. It's taking me a minute to get the feel for the game, but now that I'm starting to get it I see the potential.

Graphically the game looks outstanding. Best looking SNK game since KOFXIII. In typical SNK fashion the menus and general presentation is pretty mid and kinda budget, but they put the money where it counts for visuals during the matches. The single player content is pretty bad but I expected that.

I fucking love the color edit feature. I wish Street Fighter VI had that, but they are too concerned with milking every dime.

I'm also able to run maxed out settings at 4K on my old ass PC with zero frame drops so that was surprising.

I still suck at it, but I gotta say, when I get in a flow with Fatal Fury COTW, it may be my favorite fighting game right now. Feels better than SF6 and T8 to me. Such fucking tight gameplay, sick combos, and even with newer fighting game features it still has an oldschool feel to it.

At this point I may actually want SVC2 instead of CVS3...

My only issue with her is how they have her lead jab her power hand and cross the weaker hand! There are fighters like that though, like Semmy Schilt, it's just feels weird to me.

Tournament Fighters also has a competitive scene IIRC.
