Yep that's it. The line was about 60 people long, I was like nope I'll try again tomorrow haha.

Haha thanks, I was pretty hype. So far I got out of pools, won the 6pm Chipotle tournament, and won my stream match, so it has been a GOAT day haha! I didn't register SF6 this year though because I hadn't played in weeks and recently started playing again with a new character (Ed) so figured I'd just grind a ton of MUs while I'm here for exp instead and entered Tekken.

Did you happen to see the new Zangief tech coming out that covers 3 oki options? I haven’t been following SF6 as much admittedly due to my 2 kids but found the tech super interesting.

It appears it doesn’t only apply to him, but it seems like he gets a huge benefit from it.
 
Some very fun weird third strike matches, Valle vs Tominga(aka Abe Simpsons vs Malloy the Cat burglar) and Pickachuakuma vs Hayato.

JR Rodriguez is so bad at 3rd Strike its hilarious to me that he even takes rounds off of people. Watching Cruise beat people is also funny. I'm happy he's doing well, he's a nice dude and shared a lot of tech back in the day.

I'm guessing he thought he might dash though his own Aegis and into the ex fireball?

I'm guess the big thing about this event is there are not many top level Yuns present due to most of them being Japanese and only Issei traveling.
 
Do y'all think they'll bring some more older games back like they did with SF3?
