Popped for steroids and actually fought to maintain his innocence but fans turned on him thanks to both CSAC and BJ Penn
Had two awesome FOTN performances against Tyson Griffin and Evan Dunham and was loudly booed when the decisions were read.
Retired from the sport and not so much as a mention from the company. Nice way to treat a former champion.

The most dangerous welterweight just happened to exist the same time as the greatest welterweight. Finally gets a chance after GSP leaves to win undisputed gold and the judges just didn't see it.

Wanted to retire to his business, didn't want his wars to hurt his health. I haven't heard the business did well, came back to fighting (I hope not because his business was hurting), doesn't seem to be fully able to do it, and it's obvious that his wars have affected his ability.

• Loses to Ronda after rushing in (in retrospect would have likely won if she'd kept distance and struck)
• Beat Amanda Nunes before it meant something
• Never got over her demons

• Reputation and legacy destroyed by UFC slander
• Atrocious cut from UFC
• Arm almost torn off vs Palhares
