does anyone know any good lifts that really focus your traps?
i've been lifting for about a year and a half now and my traps are the only thing still not growing!
how do fighters manage to have such huge traps?
fyi TS, stronger does not always equal bigger. If you're wasting your time figuring out how to "grow" your traps, then you don't belong in the MMA world quite yet...
I highly doubt GSP is planning his workouts around his trap development and growth
