Cohen sat with Mueller's team for 70 hours....

Jesus

Christ. I sat in a deposition for about 3 hours once. It was like getting the same question asked over and over 500 different ways. 70 hours of interviews with lawyers must be exhausting and demoralizing.

The corruption in the trump administration is 100x worse than when he first started. Every tidbit of corruption he’s done is being unfolded like toilet paper

FTFY

It still has no bearing on the basis that you Libs selectively use Nationality to discredit peoples' opinions.

You're apparently still not getting that there's levels to this shit. Talking about policy is one thing, but the sheer devotion for someone you can't even vote for is staggering. We have threads and threads worth of Canadian nationals preaching American law to a bunch of American lawyers, and being absolutely obtuse because they can find one person that confirms their biases. You don't see the absurdity in that?

If you said "I believe that heads of state should be immune from investigation", then you being Canadian has no bearing on that. But to parrot the cult of personality to the degree that you do is just sad. It makes it even more awesome when Trump is preaching nationalism and you're the cuck he's saying to stomp on.

It is if you're doing it right. ;)

I think the hammer will fall on the Trump organization after he leaves the Presidency. The NY state prosecutors are going to go over the Trump brand with a fine-toothed comb and he won't have the Presidency to shield him anymore.

I found this interesting...

"The German federal prosecutor said that two Deutsche Bank employees may have been helping clients to set up offshore companies to launder money. Diverting money through offshore companies is not necessarily money laundering, but the prosecutors said the employees face allegations that they failed to report suspicions that clients were involved in money laundering and tax evasion.

In a statement, Deutsche Bank confirmed that the raid was about a matter relating to Panama Papers. It said it would cooperate fully with authorities."

After the multiple bankruptcies by the Trump organization in the 90's, there was only ONE bank that would give them a loan.

I can see that happening

I wouldn't read too much into that. Burke has represented a number of shady entities.
Apparently, he was Trump's tax lawyer. It sounds like there's quite a bit to read into that.

Back when the thought of trump just having contact with russia was seen as too crazy and ridiculous to be true by Republicans. My how the goal posts have been moved.

lmfao trump is using fox news talking heads to defend himself as if these are legit legal minds

They knew it and that's why they went all out to stop him in the Primaries....

But when he won they spot they did what they always do...line up and get whatever they could do to advance their agenda while they had power.

I wouldn't put too much into that considering he said the same thing about Jeff Sessions getting fired.

True enough.
The defense would be to portray them all as liars and therefore untrustworthy.
But if they can corroborate each other's stories with material evidence like phone, text and email records as well as non government witnesses and the testimony of federal agents...

The case is a mountain to climb

I’ve been saying for probably a year that the trial will play out on the court of public opinion and Trump knows this, it’s one of many reasons he campaigns so hard, to keep his base galvanized and ill informed.

He continuos and repeated denials of agency reports be it the climate or CIA is so that when the time comes for Mueller to issue a report Trump will claim this as a Deep State attempt to overthrow our Democracy and continue to push the idea that these agencies are corrupted.

His base has been hearing this constant narrative for over a year and as they say, repeat a lie enough times it will become truth, his base will be lock step with Trump causing the Republican Senators to sit on their hands and do nothing.
