If you look at that investigation objectively, Hillary broke the law by having a goddamn server in her house, which later resulted in a felon and sexual offender having access to classified information.
They could have certainly charged and convicted her, but it would cause disruption in election process and all kinds of crises, akin to what can happen if they go after Trump. This isn't 1970's and the crimes they're being investigated for are technical offenses in nature. Leaders rarely get prosecuted for those crime. I don't like it either, but that's the reality.
She was 100% exonerated by the extremely biased FBI head (comey) that was investigating her. Objectively she committed no wrongdoing.

sounds like we need another Benghazi investigation

just to be sure.

An Inconvenient Analogy by Overpressure

You get busted for jaywalking. You tell the judge, "It's not like I killed someone." The judge says you still jaywalked.
So then you tell the judge "There's no proof that I did it."

The judge says, actually a cop saw you. You tell the judge, well it's not as if you have it on video, it's just his testimony.

The judge says, actually it's also on traffic cam.

You say the evidence was manufactured against you by people who dislike you for no reason and the system is rigged against you.

Sound familiar?

This is not some campaign finance technicality. These are two felonies. We haven't seen other charges because this is really the first time Individual 1 has been directly implicated. The felony list is at 2, as of now. The differences between this case and the Obama campaign are entirely different.
Edwards did the same thing and it took him 10 minutes to get cleared

Edit, I think he used campaign money

It was wrong when John Edwards did it, and it is now. It's not too late to actually stop the corruption. This seems to be the simple, yet profound fact that lies at the heart of this, which you all don't seem to comprehend.

I was responding to you calling it a felony
