When informed of it, Biden wilfully returned the documents immediately in full compliance

Trump and his lawyers lied about how many documents he had, he lied about sensitivity of said documents, and failed to disclose the additional documents under his possession, not to mention he dragged the process on for several months. He also had some highest level security documents improperly stored which put the country at severe risk.

Comparing the two situations as equal two is gross misrepresentation of facts.

If there is evidence he has these documents in his possession, fine. But allow me to harbor skepticism on that.

My guess would be he is someone who had his clearance recently revoked because he hurt Trump's feelings and they're going after him for stuff he was allowed to be in possession of until recently this year.

Unlike Trump, who was in possession of SCIF materials and repeatedly denied to return them for like two years, and even had his goons flood the basement to destroy video evidence of the files he claimed to not have being moved around his property.

Biden took his Classified Stash when he was VP... which he had no authorization to do so. Forget declassifying first... He wasn't allowed to take them in the first place. Then kept them in a garage where you could see them when the door was open... lololol
