Of course the Wand fight and Fedor fight but I also loved it when he outlasted Mark Kerr in the tournament. Kerr was kicking his ass and gassed out from beating Fujita up so long and then Fujita just took that shit over and stole that victory

Dropping James Thomson dead in a true war or rocking Fedor.

His greatest win has to be over Kerr though. I wasn't a fan back then, but I know how things were. That was a big upset over one of the top HWs in the world, regardless of Kerr's demons (I have The Smashing Machine). He withstood so much in the first act of that fight (including one of the deadliest knees I've ever seen), and just kept going until Kerr mentally quit.
