Homemade lean ground beef patty, sautéed mushrooms, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, on a toasted bun with Mad Dog 357 hot sauce. I normally like pickle on my burgers but it doesn't work with the hot sauce.

Best burger I didn't make was from a food truck at Burgerfest:

There was a certain mix of crunchy peanut butter, and a bacon jam with a hint of spicy....pretty sure the spicy was in the peanut butter....

I wish I paid better attention because, that was no lie, the best burger I didn't cook.
