Favourite burger?

I miss the semi-exotic ones I would get from a Mexican street vendor that had a cart with one of them cart-skillets.

That's what the setup looked like but the ones he made had:

Smooth buns, no sesame
Beef patty
Red sausage slices
Mustard
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Avocado
Sunny side up egg
Super-spicy green red sauce
Pineapple

Smash burger
Cheddar
Tomato
Caramelized/fried onions
Bacon
A1/BBQ sauce/ketchup

But I'm a vegetarian who will soon go full vegan for quite some time, so I won't be having one of those bad boys anytime soon...

I'm not a vegetarian, but I have been eating clean for a while. I eat a lot less meat than I used to and try and just keep it to eggs, fish and Chicken or turkey breast (basically no pork or red meat) but I said fuck it last night and got a double baconator from Wendy's. It was the first burger I've had in a couple of months and it was awesome :D

Why are you going vegan? Is it for health reasons, or did you just sort of wean your way into it? People can give vegans a lot of shit, but it really does take disipline to try and maintain a diet like that. I know I couldn't do it.

My fav burger meal is my own shaped/cooked lean ground beef patty on a cast iron pan, with mayo, ketchup, Swe black pepper, provolone cheese, and raw onions (if I have them on hand) on a brioche bun, with fries baked in the oven.

I make a little mountain of mayo, ketchup and Sweet baby Ray's hickory and brown sugar sauce for the fries and burger to dip in.

If I'm feeling ambitious, I'll have some pulled pork and crunchy/caramelized onions on there too.

I'm fucking starving now lol

Mushroom Swiss burger with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. If the burger patty is juicy and fatty the way it should be you gotta balance that out. So for me any burger must include some form of a lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

It's for health reasons. I want to lean out as I get older. I'm a naturally athletic guy who got away with a bad diet for a long time, but those days are over. My legs are gone now. Lost jumping ability, explosiveness, flexibility. It's gotten a bit better after changing my diet.

I find that my body doesn't process meat like it used to. Just generally leaves an unsettling feeling in my gut and I got food poisoning from meat TWICE within a week. That's when I decided to go vegetarian. And now I feel like stepping it up and going full vegan starting next month...

PS - I don't necessarily feel like I will be vegan or even vegetarian for the rest of my life, but for a few years or so. When I start traveling again in the future, will likely eat meat and drink on vacation/special occasions, but eat clean under normal circumstances. May start eating fish again somewhere down the line. But feel like going vegan soon will really force me to clean my diet up and get and stay lean...

smash style w/ fried egg, pickle, tomato, lettuce & mayo or burger sauce

Onions, pickles, cheese. Not too picky on sauces although I usually skip ketchup.

The North Korean burger.
All a human can ever need and no decadence

At home, I like to have my burger with sauted mushrooms and grilled onions, with blue cheese. The other option is topped with bacon, cheddar, and lettuce.

Fast food burgers, I love the Western Bacon Cheeseburger from Carl's Jr. When I lived in the South and went to the CJ sister restaurant Hardy's, they didn't make these!!! I was very sad for the 4 years I was there. lol

Just had In N Out last night, and it was nostalgic goodness. Simple cheeseburger, animal style. Another place I like is from a burger stand in Orange called Troy's. They're basic in set up, flame grilled, cheddar, shredded lettuce, pickles, and a thousand island type sauce. But their burger is absolutely delicious. Better than In N Out.

I did one once where I covered goat's cheese in Parma ham, did a basic beef burger and put some red onion marmalade I'd made on it with some rocket...husband made the rolls. That was epic.

Recently though, I did a pretty nifty ostrich burger which was cool because ostrich is delicious, but bison is readily available so I just like doing a very basic well seasoned bison burger, some cheddar cheese and a bit of salad. Sorts me out a treat.

middle stuffed with cheese, bread crumbs a mixed in with the hamberg before cooking. Garlic and red pepper hummus on top, topped with a fried egg. Everything bagle half toasted for bread

I love a bison burger. Black & Blu with caramelized onions and truffle aoli if I can get my hands on it.

Fatburger triple king.
Have taken 2 down before, one late night after being out.
Solid hangover prevent grub.
Assuming U got nowhere to be in the morn & wake up 10lbs heavier… ;)

Japan once had a McDonald's pizza cheeseburger. Does such thing exist in US of A? If not, why the F not?

I'm a simple man. My favorite burgers are ones I cook on a charcoal grill. 3 ground chuck patties. I cook them on the grill. When they are pretty much done, I put some Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce on them and let the burgers smoke for a minute or two.. Then I put the patties on a bun. Triple burger. I don't put anything else on it..
