The Japanese are now my favorite fan base, knowledgeable, respectful, and appreciative. I used to like USA except that in some towns you hear a lot of whining and booing when grappling comes into play. The Brazilian fans last night were out of control, knocking on Matt Brown's head twice! -10 respect for that.

The fans in Korea were amazing. The fans in Rotterdam too. Especially during the GDR fight.

Brazilian because I don't like Matt Brown

Must be lonely being the only one. Do you also hate apple pie? Muscle cars? Freedom being free?

Yes, no opinion, no.

I normally just hate bad people, though.

I was so proud of my fellow Adelaideans chanting "stand them up" instead of "stop the fight" during the worst beat down we've ever seen in the octagon.

JBG disciples right there.

Australians are dumb as dog shit when it comes to MMA. Not our fault though since it really isn't even close to being mainstream in this country.

I always cringe when we hold events, i.e. 193 and a couple of fight nights here and there. It is legit dead silence unless an Australian fights and even then, you hear the token "Aussie Aussie Aussie, oi oi oi" chant and that's pretty much it.

Japanese because of their respect. The U.S. a close second.

Brazilian and Irish are the worst. The United States fans are the most unbiased. We just like great entertaining fighters regardless of where they come from. The USA chants come from idiots.

Definitely the Japanese fans. although I wouldn't mind seeing a Brazil vs Ireland card just for the butthurt "fans" on either side

I heard one guy yelling out "sweep the leg, Jakey" just before Jake Matthews got tapped out.

Aussies would do a lot better in the octagon if you let them bring a cricket bat in with them. In all seriousness I hope it expands over there, big fan of both Whitaker and Hunt, both Kiwis but fighting out of Australia and I think you guys have taken them on pretty much as your own.
