Fans donating for Mighty Mouse more than Reebok sponsorship

He is a millionaire WTF does he need donations for ?

People are donating because they appreciate his service. Entertaining fans, chatting with them etc while he plays games. I personally wouldn't donate to someone worth millions but I get why people do it.

How do you not understand that someone who earns 1 million dollars BEFORE TAXES, BEFORE EXPENSES, and OVER 2 YEARS.....is not a millionaire?
He's made over a million before taxes, and that doesn't include Xbox, that's just looking at his last 5 fights. Even if your saying he hasin't quite hit millionaire status yet, he'll do so by the end of 2016 should he remain a healthy champ. He's doing good was the point.

Making over a million dollars over multiple years does not make you a millionaire.

I've made over a million in my career....I'm not even close to a millionaire.

A millionaire is someone with over a million in the bank.....simple.

Making a million over 2 years puts you at like 500-600k in the bank before all your expenses.....if he is paying out another 20-40% to trainers, managers, lawyers, etc....he's not even close.

Basically you play games on twtich with other gamers observing and shit. It's a new phenomena watch OTHERS play video games. I guess its called "Esports" Some of these guys make millions. Mighty mouse being popular is probably making alot with all the subs=5 each and donations.

Yea apparently a lot of porn stars are doing it too. South Park made an episode about how ridiculous it is.

Was that the episode involving the kickstarter or was there another one?

I'm still dumbfounded by twitch viewers. They give rich established streamers their hard earned money so they will say hi to some random name in an internet chat.
More power to them I guess but I just don't get why you would give some stranger $100+ dollars. I picture these people lonely and their social lives revolving around twitch chat. They are getting played and don't even realize it. The woman have twitch on lockdown. Flash some skins, say hi and act like you care . boom instant donation.

That reminds me of a a few different sites....

hmm I don't remember kickstarter being involved but I know it was about one of the kids wanting to play games with his brother. So he got the newest game (COD I think it was) and tried to play with him but his brother just wanted to watch people play the game he didn't want to play it. It has the guy pewdiepie who I didn't even realize was a real person until after the show.

lol okay I haven't seen that one.

That is literally useless information. It does nothing to put either figure in context.

Yeah. I figure he's saying MM made more then $40,000 through twitch but not sure.

Good on him. The problem is that comparison doesn't do anything of note. 40k from a single-sponsor is solid and 40k+ from donations is also solid.
