I'm pretty sure the first fight where one fighter knocked another one down and told them to get back up was Frank Shamrock vs. John Lewis. Lewis had beaten Frank a couple of years earlier in another org. Frank dominated the fight, and even though he had a great ground game, he wanted to stand until Lewis was finished.
