Evolution will no longer be taught in Turkish schools

Different people use different definitions.

Concepts > semantics.

You are attacking scientific concepts by redefining terms/making shit up.

If terms don't matter, why are you so hung up on the micro/macro distinction?

Secular=/ good. The Turkish military establishment was a racist one that viciously oppressed the Kurdish population through extrajudicial killings and kidnappings

http://www.al-monitor.com/pulse/ori...-pkk-hopes-vanishes-dissapeared-in-1990s.html

This is the ugly side of the secular ethnonationalist military rule of Turkey that doesn't get acknowledged because hey, at least hijabs were banned from universities or whatever.

Yeah, I actually agree on MicroBrews point that Turkey was somehow painted in a to good picture.
Like I thought they had no business in serious EU talk for at least another 30 years.
Islam is one of the issues. But also the Military and the Kurds situation or freedom of the press.

They also had a big demographic difference from people living in Istanbul, Ankara and the tourist region.
And the poorer population inland. That is always a dangerous mix. Which opens the door for a more extreme view like you see now with Erdogan.
I just feel as far as Islam was a concern they were always on a good path until recently.

I've given that definition a million times. You just won't accept it.

You give your fake definitions because you refuse to stop being brain washed by religion.

No, you haven't. I've asked you for it three times myself, and each time you stopped responding altogether. The only times you've continued to respond is when I've pointed that out in discussions, and those responses have never been pointing to actual definitions, you've just lied and said that you have responded.

If you actually have defined it, just take the easy way and link to one of those posts. Should be very easy to do if you've done it a million times (that was probably indicative of your relation to facts). You of course won't, just as you've refused to every other time I've brought it up. Since if you clearly define the term it will most likely be able to be refuted.

@TheComebackKid

Maybe you will be the first creationist ever to take on the phylogeny challenge.

No creation "scientist" has ever even attempted this.

I wonder why.

Erdogan is also 'racist' too though. At the start he was not anti-Kurdish like the secular Military and infact received a lot of Kurdish voter support. But the Syrian war laid bare his 'racist' mindset , becaus he too started to support entities that were viciously anti Kurdish and went after Kurds and Turkish Kurd politicians.

At the end of the day both Erdogan and the Secular military are Turkish supremacists. Just as White supremacy in America hasn't been limited to those who profess to being Christians, it has always received strong support from secularists and nominal Christians .

Note: I am aware that some Christians were against slavery while others supported it.

Yes, and without the introduction of new genes/traits, through mutation, then there is no way for a single cell organism to evolve into the entire universe.
<TrumpWrong1>

The fossil "record" are a bunch of of fossils that we form conclusions about...conclusions that can't be verified in anyway. Not everyone reaches the same conclusions.

Not everyone is an expert in the field either. The experts in the field all seem to disagree with the ignorant jackasses who deny it.

Genetic testing does not introduce new genes and traits.

No it identifies and shows how they get passed on via evolution.

I'm not saying that mountain of so called evidence is meaningless...it just doesn't mean what you think it does.

It means pretty much exactly what the theory of evolution says.

I'd be an instant fan of any team by that name.

Blah blah blah...here is the definition for the millionth and one time...

You ready?

Here it comes...

"Kinds" are two organisms that share a common ancestor.

Now...i have defined it for you very clearly...AGAIN. Yet something tells me you'll continue to ask for a definition.

My bad. We should be all be circle jerking about how backward Turkey is. That's much better.

Yeah Turkey is SUPER progressive.

"I really want to attend a college or univercity in Turkey!" Said nobody...ever.

Turkey is like that ugly chick who looks semi decent when standing next to extremely ugly chicks.

They are doing great out of all the other muslim centric countries on this planet...but that's not a high bar to hit.

Good thing i don't live in Turkey then :)
