Ever drive drunk?

Ridiculous , just quoting anything to keep a dead thread going.

You're lucky the mods are asleep.

Good night kids

Last alcohol related story was 17 minutes ago. If this is off topic let a mod move the thread. Now tell your mom to tuck you in to your robocop blankets really tight and get a good nights sleep.

This! Good night El chapo, nice talking to you.

I've never driven under the influence. I don't even try to assess if I'm ok to drive since the ability to evaluate your level of impairment is one of the first things to go. If I have had a drink, I don't drive. its easier that way.

Yes. It's a pretty irresponsible dumbfuck thing to do. I haven't in over five years now. Thank God I never hurt anyone. I don't think I could live with myself if I had. Sleep it off in your vehicle if that's the only option. Too many senseless deaths come from it. Just think of how many people screw up on the road when they're dead sober.

No i didn't and it just came up, el chapo. Funny becuase he looks like my dad with the facelifts and such, el chapo does.

You looked fine in that vid man, multitasking with the phone etc. If your gf gives you any shit just say men can do more than one thing at once look honey!

probably coulda had a few more and still had a nice drive home.

With the alco genes running in your family i look forward to more drunken vids.

Onya mate!

I drink and drive but don't drive drunk. There's a distinction.

The problem is that when you're sober you realize how stupid it is . . . but when you're drunk you're like, "Yeah, I'm fine, I got this."

That is the basic problem, when you're too drunk to drive, you're to drunk to make responsible decisions about whether or not to drive.

Nice try NSA.

Yeah, no way NSA.

Sober 25/8.

Well, that and I have to take alcohol/drug tests quite frequently.. Not UFC level at "passing" these sorts of things.

Exactly.

I drove home still feeling the effects of a work Xmas lunch where me and another coworker finished a bottle of wine, and I could barely walk straight on the way back to the office (damn swanky restaurants and their tiny portions!)

At the time I figured I couldn't possibly be drunk. After I got home I realized that must be how impairment works

Never before or since.

I haven't in a while, but I've done it many, many times...especially in high school/college.

It's really overblown how affected your driving is. I'd have to be pretty damn drunk to feel a loss of control, plus you're always ultra-focused when you do it because you know how fucked you can get. Driving high has always been far more problematic for me.

On the other hand, I'd rather everyone else be sober for my sake.

Yup, for the same reason you end up spending more money at the bar. You don't give a fuck. You didn't plan on spending that much or driving. The world is a much simpler and less dangerous place when you are drunk. You think you can cut a lot of corners. Shit doesn't matter. lol.

"Buzzed driving isn't drunk driving." - Adam Carolla

I've driven buzzed multiple times, but driving even buzzed in my city on the weekend is a guaranteed DUI, I swear there are as many cops out as civilians
