Ever drive drunk?

Hell no cause Im not a fucking asshole. Id never risk killing anyone else. I stay where Im at till I sober up.

I was dumb when I was young but an incident changed my life. Had a GF that was beautiful and rich. Her dad ran a hedgefund. She was my 1st true love and a great girl. One night we are all hanging out in the City bar hopping. Her father sent a car service to pick us up but there was no room for everyone. I let her girlfriends go and took the train with the guys. The Lincoln was hit by a drunk driver and three were killed including my girlfriend. I LOVE drinking, but I always get a ride, call a cab, or take a train. ALWAYS>

Oh man, that's fucking heavy. I'm so sorry to hear about that.

drinking and driving is great. I know most people don't understand this because they cannot drive worth a fuck even sober. I think I drive better and have a lot more fun driving drunk. Fucking blast the stereo----oh and it has to be late at night without much traffic. I would have to not even be able to walk before I could not drive.

People like you are the kind of people who got me in trouble. Blatant disregard. I hope you're just trolling.

I've done it. It was incredibly stupid. I wasn't even 21. After a couple of years of being stupid I decided if I knew I was going to have even one drink, I wouldn't drive. Just takes cabs everywhere. It costs some money, but it's worth it, both because of the risk, and it gives you peace of mind.

When I live in Seattle and Houston I was blown away by the amount of people who drank and drove.

I don't really drink, but when I do, I always keep track of the amount of drinks I have, and make sure to wait the required amount of time to completely sober up before I drive. Don't drive drunk.

If you get pulled over with any amount of alcohol in your system, you're fucked anyway. The cops will bring you in even if you're under the limit.

Not true. As I noted in my response, I've been pulled over twice while a little sauced up, passed the sobriety tests and sent on my way. There's a difference between having alcohol in your system and being impaired. Most good policemen know the difference. If they're trying to protect and serve and not just looking to rack up some fees for their jurisdiction, you can be let go if you're not impaired. My wife was pulled over, put through all the sobriety tests and let go. She even refused a breathalyzer and they didn't even jump to the automatic 1 year license suspension and arrest (which is what's supposed to happen in Ohio).

I rode my bike drunk one nice summer night last year. Hit a pothole and went over the bars and rolled on the ground feet over head. I had some scrapes on my hand and woke up with an elbow effusion and had limited mobility in my arm for a few days. Glad I wore my helmet.

I used to, all the time, like every weekend. Maybe not wasted drunk but pretty buzzed, sometimes to the point of waking up and not remembering if I drove the night before.
Never had an accident or anything. Everyone I know here does so too.

Is normal here. Cops pull you over, let you go with $20-$30
None of my friends have had an accident but one, and it wasn't his fault; some (sober) dude skipped a red light and crashed into him, totaled his car.

Now I don't do it cause I'm lazy and will rather take an uber for a few bucks and avoid any risks.
