Everything I've said is in court filings other than my questions for you at the end. Sure, Manafort could have taken the campaign deputy to meet a Russian agent that he discusses internal polling data with for something unrelated, just trying to get himself paid without trump knowing.

But if you are telling me there is zero chance it was coordinating with Russia to influence the election and there is zero chance Trump knew about it, you are the conspiracy theorist and you are ignoring on the record facts.

Bruh. Did you read the statutes? Those apply to foreign nationals contributing to our elections and Americans soliciting help or accepting help from foreign nationals in connection with our elections.

What happened was Manafort helped a foreign national by giving him polling data. There is no indication from any source that Manafort gave anything in return. Those statutes do not apply to Manafort giving polling data.

Find me a statute where it says an American can’t provide assistance to a foreign national.

You do realise he had two different trials? Eastern District of Virginia was where he was tried on 18 counts of bank and tax related shit. US District Court DC is where he was tried with for conspiracy to defraud the United States, money laundering, failing to register as a foreign lobbyist, making false statements to investigators, and witness tampering.

He pled guilty to witness tampering and conspiracy in his plea deal.

Okay, I will play along, why would a pro-Russian Ukranian political consultant want the polling data from Manafort about a US election, and don't you think that is particularly concerning giving what is known about Russia's interference in the election that polling data was centered on? Feel free to speculate. ;)
 
keep in mind, the last time , mueller and weissmann did this dance they indicted numerous people and the supreme court over ruled them unanimously

There’s no playing along. You’re wrong. Don’t deflect. You said that Manafort sharing polling data was illegal. It’s not. The statutes you cited don’t apply. You either didn’t read them or you aren’t smart enough to understand them. Either way, you don’t know what you’re talking about. You should admit that.

I am not deflecting, I am pointing out that your argument that he "helped" a foreign national (who is connected to Russian intelligence) is silly, and am asking you to present a single plausible reason for why Kilimnik would have wanted that data if not for nefarious purposes to help Trump get elected, knowing that Russian intelligence later interfered in the US election...I think it's clar that was for the purposes of helping Manafort and Trump, and the payback from Manafort and Trump was the change in the GOP's policy toward Russian interests.
