Social Erika Kirk

Men should be stoic and not show emotional distress, women should be full of grief and putting that grief into their housework and children's meals. At least according to Charlie Kirk

If you watched even thirty seconds of that video it was clear he was not "happy", he was a nervous live wire desperately trying to control his emotions, and failing.

I was the same way when my mother passed.

There's a reason he debated unprepared college students
That is the dumbest talking point ever. They're college kids, not pre-school children. What is unprepared, exactly? Their idiotic talking points that you, as a fully functioning adult, agree with?

What made Kirk successful, was challenging the ridiculous shit that you agree with. If they can't explain how a man is a actually a woman, or how socialism is good, and look stupid trying to do it, that's on them and their Marxist professors who fed their minds with idiotic poison that they can't explain when pressed.

It has nothing to do with their age. It's their positions, that you agree with, that gets them clip farmed.

Like some other talking head that does the same thing said to a student who was concerned about being clip farmed: "I can't stop you from being retarded, and having the world notice it."

You guys are so deathly afraid of having to defend your idiotic positions to anyone, on any forum that isn't anonymous. Says quite a bit about your lot.

He was so good at rhetorical tooling of unprepared College kids he had his people screen before they could talk to him?
lmao He had them screened so the ones that disagreed with him the most were sent to the front of the line. No sense in debating people who agree with everything you say. Again, it's condescending to automatically assume these College kids were uprepared. First, nobody forced them to do it. Second, they were allowed to use notes or look things up on their phones in the middle of the debate while Kirk did neither. You might not like how those debates went, but arguing that he was shooting fish in a barrel doesn't really fly here.

The guy was mediocre in every way, the moment he ever spoke to someone with a slight bit of media training and any prep time he got dog-walked.
Examples?

He's going to keep saying "free exchange of ideas" because he's pretty ignorant and doesn't really know what that looks like.

Kirk and Crowder didn't exchange ideas, they rehearsed rhetorical tricks and attacks and were there to score points and "win". Kirk specifically relied on appeal to faith so that he didn't have to prove anything or make points that could be factually disputed, and he had a short list of "gotcha" questions designed to make his opponents do all the work. He loved answering questions with questions.

Kirk only "debated" a very narrow list of topics, but he still couldn't handle anyone educated and prepared.

<PlusJuan> never gave three shits about the guy but open debate with college students of this generation was and still is necessary.

Anyone on the left doing this @Islam Imamate ? I'd love to show them support now that Kirk is dead.

It's not common because it's not very effective or useful.

Hate this guy but he does it more than most.

Credit to him, for all his flaws and there are multitudes, he puts himself out there.

He should make it a point to make this a more common part of his repertoire.

Anyone else?

Absolutely no idea, as far as I know most debate their peers, not college kids.

There are some crazy debates on Jubilee, which I don't much like.

Two exceptions are these from Doctor Mike, because he's not there to "win", and he has inhuman patience. THESE are excellent debates, not the crap political influencers are doing.

Destiny does put himself out there, but he is horrible at debating. He has his talking points memorized to a T and can belt them out very quickly, but he always unravels whenever he has to expand on almost any point he makes. Then he just talks over people and starts personally insulting them. He's also a certified piece of shit who mocked Corey Comperatore's murder.

As was pointed out earlier, college kids are of voting age, it would seem that proving they are capable of defending their world view or at the very least proving they understand basic core principles and can offer a decent steelman for the opposing positions seems like it would be a healthy step in the right direction for this country.

Jubilee's musical chairs format is quite awful.

Good for Dr Mike. Debates at their core aren't supposed to be about competition.

An asshole? He would mop the floor with your dumb ass in any kind of debate. Period

Thanks for showing yourself

Lmao. His "debating skills" were talking louder and faster than a bunch of people that treated a microphone like a grenade. 99% of what came out of his mouth was absolute nonsense. He would get tortured in an actual debate forum with competent people.

The guy was so fucking stupid that he literally had to drop out of community college.

<36>

Lol at pretending he was anything other than a complete can that made a living saying stupid shit to incite rage.

And with all that being said, the left should take their cues from someone like Destiny who actually makes an effort to exchange ideas and possibly win over independent, undecided voters not to mention their opposition (sans political hackjobs) with their viewpoints instead of charlatan, coward frauds like Liz Warren who tells their constituency to avoid defending your views with the opposition.

Destiny's debate style is childish. On the right, he's similar to Andrew Wilson in that regard. Destiny is orders of magnitudede far more inept, but Wilson's style is also to talk over and degrade people he debates. Doesn't do anything for me, even when he makes a good point.

You can point this out as many times as you want, they won't stop repeating that talking point.

His laugh is certainly annoying, and he's one of those "How dare you interrupt me! May I finish my point?" types, that does the exact same thing to everyone he's talking to.

He gets too animated, but he's a "Whatever" podcast bro, so he's basically been groomed in that ridiculous environment.

Strange how people can look at the same thing and draw such radically different conclusions.

You can point that out as many times as you want, open debate and exchange of ideas on all sides is healthy and necessary. Destiny putting himself out there in public like Kirk would do, are both positive examples that folks on the left should be eager to celebrate and support

Yeah, so strong, by going back out on the "campaign" trail a week after Charlie's murder, instead of being with her children and grieving and healing together for as long as it takes.

People grieve differently, children don't. Their Dad was just killed and their Mom is now going on TV and other shows and states promoting whatever Trump is paying her to promote, instead of being with the kids who are obviously going to have a hard fucking time.

She's fake, she's now a puppet to use for the MAGA crowd, since they look at Charlie as Jesus apparently, then they'll believe literally everything Erika says. It's disgusting, she should have disappeared from the public eye and focused on healing her kids and the rest of her family, not be a shill for the government.
