That is exactly the point. America is capable of cultural change and we have institutions in place to deal with issues. Our government is designed to snap us back into place. Whereas your is designed for a one particular culture and due to the current change in demographics your government is not designed to handle it.

As tight as our constitutional republic is (iyo would you describe it like that?), and resistant to the whims of a majority vote as it is, no written document survives a mass demographic shift.

As long as you have a constitutional monarchy, I actually agree with this. That seems to be more stable than a constitutional republic.
