i understand and largely agree with this take too. i only really save the ignore list for the lowest of the low. i legitimately think it's only like 3 active posters now. i largely feel the same way as you. i admittedly enjoy publicly bullying people who pretend to know what they're talking about. as far as "something gained" i don't necessarily agree there, but fair enough.
