Social Elon Musk is sacrificing his wealth, legacy, and safety for the good of humankind.

huh?

I posed two simple question. Were they not cogent to you?

-So are people like Elon and Trump who "advocate for supranational organizations" NOT globalist because you believe they are, isolationists? Do you genuinely have an issue with "globalist" or is it maybe something trump told you is bad?

-If 1 cent (penny) is spent on trans; that has more value than hundreds of thousands of Americans out of work to you?
Plenty of crops to be picked.

You're asking several questions one of which is a complete strawman and masquerading your alphabet soup for a cogent argument.

If you have something to say, then just spit it out and spare me the rest.

This is, imho, Trump’s greatest innovation where corruption and criminality is concerned, and he did this last term too. He breaks laws and violates the Constitution blatantly, right in full view. Turns out, most people are not informed enough to know what the laws are or what the Constitution says, Trump can’t be prosecuted while he’s POTUS, and his own party will never impeach and remove him without major public pressure—but there’s no public pressure because most people are not informed enough to know what the laws are or what the Constitution says.

It’s kind of ingenious when you think about it. Libs call it out of course, but conservatives DGAF what we think or say anyhow. Conservative media outlets not only don’t call out the corruption me lawbreaking, but purposely obscure it. I think our reality isn’t as much Orwell’s 1984 as it is Huxley’s Brave New World: we have more information at our fingertips than ever before, but no one can tell the difference between good information and bad, so nothing means anything anymore.

He's an odd bird but the DOGE thing is just something the government should do every 10 years or so. Its ridiculous to get so much hate for trying to cut wasteful spending.
It's ridiculous that the US government and politicians have been doing this for years . They really don't need musk at all. This should've been done from others within the Senate.

wut?

Two simple questions that are exceedingly succinct

Not sure how to make them any easier for you.

Lets try one at a time then-

"How are Elon and Trump NOT a globalist by the definition you provided?"

Because the definition does not apply to them.

Next question.

Ethically or do the ends justify the means? And by the ends I mean them making money.

They aren’t doing it for the money. Elon has more than he can ever spend and he’s got no plans to spend or enjoy that money.

I'm convinced.
It doesn't take much to convince you of anything. You probably bought Andrew Tate's Crypto coin.

Speaking of grown men who idolize andrew tate, @Koro_11 I called your bitch-ass out. You said you have a twisted, dark addiction to going back and forth with me. I expect a comeback from you promptly.

We desperately need to bring back the Fairness Doctrine and make sure it encompasses podcasts as well as traditional forms of media.

All of this also points to failures in education imo. If people had a decent educational foundation, these goofy conspiracy theories and misinformation wouldn’t take hold.

Could the sky just fall already? I'm worried about our mental health...

I saw an interview where Elon musk nearly cried talking about the damage it has done serving Trump. I suspect like many others before him, it will end in musk's destruction because Trump is a destructive force.

And I would not at all be surprised to find out that in the back of Trump's mind, it's always been there to screw musk over because Trump is a hateful sower of chaos and division and he likes to see people suffer.

@ermac88 Why do you consider Trump and Musk to be globalists? Not trying to be a dick just curious about your perspective.

hey @Kassitus

The understanding I've had of globalization, is the advocacy for interdependence between countries, cultural and global markets

After our talks on here, I see there are multiple meanings and saw the word has been appropriated by conspiracists like Alex Jones (from wikipedia)

So if the word had multiple meanings, I cant definitely say.

I'll say Trump and Elon have vast economic and social interests in multiple countries.
Elon has 3 passports with kids living in multiple countries. All of trumps baby mammas are foreigners. Tesla is multinational corporation that operates in over 50 countries including China. Space X has launched missions for the EU and China.

trump has had business interest (not successful) in over 30 countries. Hes paid income taxes to China and multiple business attempts in Russia (in years he hasnt paid US taxes)

So these men clearly see an interconnected world through a global lens.

I understand that to be globalist, I cant say if it meets everyone's definition or understanding of the word.

What do you think?
