Those two Trump appointed judges I cited took the cases and looked at the evidence presented by Trumps lawyers and laughed them out of court. You can argue all you want by Twitter post but the real test is presenting the evidence in court where it can be cross examined and ruled upon within a controlled courtroom. So far Trumps lawsuits have been dismissed on standing or ruled against on merits.

I dont think anyone actually thinks she has only told the truth about Dominion. Donyou think thry got 400 million from the Chinese government right before the election? That they use Dominion machines in Venezuela?

She has made a whole lot of claims that are obvious bullshit. And she wouldn't be doing that if any of her "evidence" was real.

That's a weird way to look at it.

The reality is that Dominion is likely pretty confident that they can prevail on a suit for libel. Yeah, theoretically the guy has a defense for civil liability if he can show that his claims are true. But he still hasn't done that. It just vague "They could be fraudy machines and we won't know until we do a super duper audit." But hope in this theory that the total has been manipulated in Biden's favor ignores the fact that hand counts were done in every state and every district in question and have all been found to be the most accurate we've had in our nations history. In some cases, districts with millions of votes matched 100%, while in some instances you heard about a slight increase for Biden to the lol's of liberals mocking trumpers hopes that a recount would somehow result in a 100,000's of votes type swing.

Bottom line, this guy hasn't delivered, and his theory rests on the notion that Dominion machines were compromised down to the district level in some undetectable way that has remained unknown throughout multiple reviews and recounts.

It's the same time and time again with these theories. Vagaries thrown at the wall with the scenario's then spiraling out of control into some unsubstantiated implausible series of events. Nothing ever concrete. The time for this shit has passed. No court is going to reverse an election, trampling the 1st Amendment rights of 7 million plus people on the basis of such outlandish nonsense.

The only thing these theories are doing at this point is keeping trumps ignorant base donating and keeping the grift alive.

They knew they had completed the count because they knew exactly how many mail-in ballots were requested, sent and received. They could after election day claim that "look, we have everything, let's turn over the results". Meanwhile, in the swing states, in democratic counties, they kept counting for almost two weeks. You'd see precincts report 99% for a few days, and they'd add more ballots and the number of "reporting in" would stay the same. In essence, they could not count or predict how many more there were because the numbers did not match. If you receive for example 400,000 ballots and you've processed half of them, you'd be able to tell accurately how many you have left to process. When the number is unknown, as was the case with the democratic counties in the swing states, there is fraud.

The adjudicating process with the Dominion Voting System is another clusterfuck. You have essentially a software machine that scans ballots with an immense error rate. This translates to a large number of adjudicated ballots. You have essentially one, usually two, people tasked with deciding who the vote should go to. As the audit in Antrim county reported, the logs that record actions performed by the adjudicators were erased. How can you trust me, if I was an adjudicator, that I didn't convert a large number of Trump ballots to Biden ballots? You'd have no way to know once the log files are gone. It's fraud. If you cast a vote in someone's name and delete the log files that record your actions and reasons as to why you have given an ambiguous ballot to either candidate, you've committed fraud.

I don't believe CISA, DHS are telling the truth when they claim there was no organized/widespread voter fraud in this election. Klobuchar and Warren both wrote extensively, sometimes citing DHS, about their concerns with regards to the private equity firms owning the voting apparatus ahead of the election.

What happened with these major concerns now that their candidate has won the election? Did they suddenly vanish or evaporate? How can you claim there is no reason to perform large-scale forensic audits when just prior to the election you rang the bell and yelled out loud your concerns about potential fraud? Does this seem honest to you?

But to me, the most glaring indication that DHS, CISA, FBI, CIA, etc. are lying is the massive hack that occurred and which was disclosed just days ago. How can you claim that this was the most secure election in history, or even use the word secure, while you're simultaneously admitting that almost every government agency has been compromised since March of this year? Even Dominion Voting Systems was a client of Solarwinds, the company whose products were used to penetrate the networks. Although they've been sneaky and took down any reference to Solarwinds, their webpage from last week was archived and is up there for all to see.

Did the report ever claim that as a result of the error rate the votes were inaccurate or that Trump votes weren’t counted? I thought it mostly described forcing adjudication of ballots, which would improve the accuracy of the count.

The questions about Dominion in all of these states aren’t about whether they got the count right in 2020, all the state’s have already certified that their results are correct. If these machines are forcing high rates of manual adjudication though, it might be in the interest of state and local governments to break any contracts they have with dominion, since the service isn’t worth the cost.
