No Spoilers Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree DLC

So I had to laugh as I think so far I’ve lost a little over 5.5 million runes to Radahn. I made it to Radahn last Tuesday I think and died a bunch of times to him losing about 2.9 million runes in the process. I then took a break for like a week from fighting him in order to help my two friends beat basically the entire dlc in their games, collecting another 2.6 million runes which I proceeded to lose to Radahn last night.

Oh well, I wasn’t really using or needing them anyway, I’ve kept my guy at level 125 and he’s going to stay there forever.

Messmer wasn't really anything compared to some other horrors i've fought. Had all the timings for his shit down, including that Yharnam snake attack, by the 3rd attempt which i won.

Rellana is still toughest fight so far for me.
Yeah I had more trouble with Gaius than Messmer. I think i got pretty lucky though. Kind of roll spammed my way through it while having no clue what was happening lol

Ugly fight but I'll take it. With every other boss they've ever made if you died you knew where you fucked up but that phase two is straight up unfair in places.

I love how that undodgeable x slash he does becomes a pinball machine of death with the light pillars behind you. Any mistake you make turns into some mega hit true combo you can't roll out of.

Nice, dude. Some real skill to last that long against him.

Bet you got excited as hell when that last stun hit. Did frostbite proc to get that chunk damage?

Thanks. That fight is so absurd and yet also kind of addictive.

Yeah that was a yolo at the end. Great timing for the proc. That's the most damage done in the whole fight so I was kind of shocked when it ended.

Oh yeah, I figured out the gesture but wouldn’t have guessed you needed one there without the messages.
i made a rage message about this very thing but then i got drunk and deleted it lol.

Yeah, I never would have got that either without a guide. Even with the message for where you need to do the gesture, I wouldn’t have guessed that the gesture itself was inconspicuously placed under a random fucking tree out by Bonny Village.

that one got me too.

man you'd miss so much things in this game without an internet connection or some kind of guide. every single playthrough.

messmer was an absolute nightmare for me. moreso than pretty much every boss from any souls game.

Beat Radahn last night with my best friend and Ansbach. Tried not to do any shenanigans beyond infusing my giant crusher with bleed. Didn’t want to do any straight up broken build or otherwise cheap tactics. Hard fought battle, but imo still not as hard as Midir or Orphan of Kos.

Unlimited money is only a larval tear away with the Sacred Sword and Mohgs area.
