I actually am trying to help you and others in this thread, both by not looking like further idiots by accepting fake information spewed by the OP and newrepublic.com and by saving you people from having to bicker and waste time nonsensically. what do you mean? egg prices are now at an all time high under the trump administration. and you can't blame it on the avian flu either because after all the screeching we've heard from the rubes over the price of eggs every other day throughout the last few years, we've been conditioned by the rubes to believe as fact that it's the sitting president responsible for the price of eggs.

It's not that weird, eggs due to their nature just usually aren't traded overseas and when they are it's expensive because of how they need to be handled and stored. Usually eggs are traded between neighbors, not far overseas. Netherlands exports a lot of eggs, but the US was already the #2 exporter, though mostly to Canada and Mexico.

American chickens got culled in massive quantities, it's just that simple. So we're missing our massive local supply.
