You’re wrong on testosterone. They do random and targeted CIR testing that catches exogenous testosterone. You can’t just inject test.
Standards are applied equally (everyone since jones (and dawson) gets the same standards, and no one has ever been suspended for m3 twice).
You’re not making sense. They let people who popped fight again because they serve their suspensions. Not sure what you want.
The whereabouts policy is as follows:
An athlete could receive a Whereabouts Failure in any of four ways:
- Failure to submit a completed Whereabouts Filing by the deadline;
- Failure to promptly update Whereabouts information;
- Failure to provide accurate or sufficient information; or
- Failure to be located for testing
Any combination of three Whereabouts Failures within a rolling 12-month period = Anti-Doping Policy Violation.
You seem to want a strict police state where any mistake is an automatic lifetime ban. It’s not realistic and again, it’s stricter than most sports.
