You got me on the test comment, I fucked that one up. My point on the rules being equally applied still stands.
Tom Lawlor had 17 picograms of ostarine in his system, two year suspension. Testing on Jon found this-

And he was still allowed to compete. Note the "there is no scientific or medical evidence that the athlete would have an unfair advantage...". Why is 17 picograms enough to suspend someone without a name, but is fine for Jon? Plus his other suspension was reduced for ratting out names to USADA. If you don't mean money to the UFC, you don't get the same luxuries in drug testing. Keep in mind Jon also had the luxury of moving the whole card to a state that was fine with sactioning him to fight after his first positive test.
