Dr Disrespect Banned From Twitch

Don’t have a dog in the fight but keep seeing this parroted, let’s see the messeges.

There’s rumors he was trying to bounce from twitch and was set up by one of twitch’s people too.

Dude cheated on said wife he has a child with though, so fuck’m anyways.
From his statement

"Were there twitch whisper messages with an individual minor back in 2017? The answer is yes. Were there real intentions behind these messages, the answer is absolutely not. These were casual, mutual conversations that sometimes leaned too much in the direction of being inappropriate, but nothing more. Nothing illegal happened"

So that's a yes to messages with a minor and them being inappropriate. His excuse is that he really didn't mean it and the great indicator of a moral action, specifying "nothing illegal happened"

Bump - this recent event should give more context with how Twitch treats its streamers. They don't care and they have no sense of justice, order or decency. Not knowing every detail, I tend to believe Dr. Disrespect's side of the story especially after this news of harassment.

What is his version?

It's been a while since this was the salacious news in VG, but the last thing I remember that sort of stuck a fork in the Doc was him admitting he chatted in Whispers with the minor female, and that those conversations sometimes "veered into the inappropriate", or some shit like that.

That's just...it's really hard to spin that. Let's offer a hypothetical that gives him the benefit of the doubt. Let's assume the girl was 17, which is legally of age to consent in many states in the USA, and let's assume she had like DD tits, that sort of figure, at which point anyone who tried to call the man a "****phile" is just making an ass of himself because any heterosexual man on the planet who was led to believe a woman who looked like her was 18+ would immediately jump into the sack with the woman. That doesn't mean the Doc didn't know she was underage, it just illustrates the point, if you would eagerly spring to fuck a woman believing she was age, then it doesn't matter that you were suddenly informed she wasn't of age, because while it might change the decision you would make, it doesn't change that you are sexually attracted to her, and presumably your sexuality is normal.

Okay, even if that was the case, the larger issue here is that he's a streamer, and parents of minors who go onto Twitch are understandably concerned that content creators might be interacting with their children in an inappropriate manner (whether "grooming" or outright sexually pursuing). You don't want your high school teachers chatting with students in a manner that "veers into the inappropriate", do you? There are plenty of girls at high schools across the nation that I'm sure most adult men would find sexually attractive, their bodies have reached that point, and not because those men are ****philes. But that doesn't mean it's okay for teachers to cross that line. This is how we assess a person's ability to control his behavior, and to exercise morally trustworthy judgment around our children.

What is his "side of the story" that would make us all sympathetic to him?

He never actually met with the girl he was supposed to be harassing. He probably got a whole bunch of DM's per day and still does. I think a fan tried to date him, who knows what actually was in the DM's? But according to him the Feds saw the DM's and thought nothing wrong of it. If the Feds didn't think anything of it, why should anyone else?

Emiru, a popular Twitch streamer got SA'd in a fan event. A creep went past a meetup line and tried to kiss her, and Emiru's private security detail pushed the dude away. Twitch could've had their own security in the event they booked but didn't. A lot of Twitch streamers have had this experience - stalkers/molesters. When Twitch heads, including the CEO, were informed of this news, not only were they apathetic, they laughed at the situation. The creep got a 30 day ban on Twitch.

For Twitch to kick out Dr. Disrespect on the grounds of inappropriate behavior towards a young lady is sad and hilarious, because there was an obvious case of an assault and they can't even do the bare minimum to protect the streamers who have made them a lot of money.

I'd be interested in seeing the before and after for engagement numbers but I regularly see him back on YT now and drawing good viewership. I'm not 100 on what transpired and likely never will be but zooming out, it's business as usual after he'd stepped away and holidayed with his family.
