There is a very good chance they will still call him. I think their concern is the judge is biased and will sustain objections from prosecution over key parts of his testimony, while allowing the prosecution to ask questions that aren’t even relevant to confuse jury and/or ask questions to make trump look bad in other ways, similar to allowing stormy daniels to detail the sex (which she obviously lied about as her story about it had changed several times)

You guys should know that this dude testified to a grand jury on this subject already. If he doesn't testify (which he likely won't), it's because he knows the prosecution already knows the TRUTH about everything he knows, IE he'd not be able to lie.

What could he restrict with Costello there was conversation between the 2 that's directly relatable to this case. That said Costello has no need to testify. This is the time you take the win and move on. Beat the dead horse enough an the worm will turn like with anything else. Trump is crushing the polls, Biden no matter the market is free falling so much he wants to debate (he's that desperate) .

Not sure what the judge might restrict, I dunno if those details are even available at the moment, I tried to search for witness list and other such details earlier. All I saw was that Costello was one of the possible defense witnesses.

As follow up to the other post, these were the next and final two posts by the dude in the court house. Seems the defense does want to wrap it up as soon as possible, outside of potentially calling Trump to the stand.

I thought they have court on Fridays, but I guess nothing tomorrow and trial may end on Monday, with defense possibly calling only the one witness.

It is funny cause outlets like MSNBC have had him (cohen) in for years to push anti-Trump narratives. All of those “journalists “ should be fired and ridiculed every time in public.

CNN boasted about the strength of the case also before it started.

Despite the TDS from a lot of the anchors and hosts, at least Fox News called this out from the start.

Outside of the actual trial, as it implodes, how does news media recover from the “well, the first ever, how many time indicted former president…” as it goes on and on.
