Crime Donald Trump Hush Money Fraud Trial (5/30 Update: Trump Found Guilty on All 34 Felony Charges)

They look like scumbags and fools.

they sure do. if they had anything of any value to say they pertaining to this case that would help the defense, they would be saying it inside of the courtroom. not playing paddycake and performing political theater with a bunch of house GOP members over in the house chamber and on faux noise just to peddle some talking points for the chuds at home just to better help them cope.

This whole case is a such a shame for the NY Justice System. They look like scumbags and fools.

I agree that on the face of it, that testimony would destroy the case...at least in my humble opinion.
Buuuuut, just seen him doing an interview on Fox.
He hasn't been subpoena'd and he's not been asked to testify.
Why do think that might be?

why is this thread such a leftist echo chamber?? every other post is seething with irrational trump hate.

because we all know that legal disputes are best resolved over on fox & friends.

Not gonna lie, it does make me suspicious.
That testimony would be devastating to the prosecutions case so it should be a no-brainer.

everybody knows that faux entertainment is where you go to address your legal affairs when you've got so much evidence that is too damning to bring inside of a real courtroom and everybody should take you serious.

It was congressional testimony. Perhaps the judge would not allow that testimony, much like he wouldn't allow the former head of the FEC to testify on the legality of it all either.

The judge hasn't barred his testimony.
According to Costello (on Fox interview) they're not sure if he'd going to be asked.

That was testimony under oath in front of Congress you goof.
congress is not in charge of donald trump's hush money trial. congress has nothing to do with trump's hush money trial.

this dude can walk into the house chamber and stand in front of a bunch of GOP sock puppets and trump bootlickers and say that he witnessed what he believed was purple space aliens abducting skippy mcgee and then pulling down his trump diaper and shoving penis-shaped balloons with alvin braggs name on it right up his asshole and he won't have to worry about any perjury charges because its all political theater.

hell i could jot that down the same statement right now, walk down the street and pay 50 bucks to get that notarized, and then go tell my story outside of a courtroom just as well because i already know that i won't have to show up to a courtroom to tell my story or answer to anything i say. just as long as i say it in front of those who won't fight back, and are likely even coaching and coercing me into what to say!

if this guy had anything to say he would be saying it inside of the new york courtroom. not playing paddycake with a bunch of house gop members and playing for the tv cameras on faux and friends many miles away.

legal disputes are settled inside of a courtroom. not on faux noise. not on the tucker sucker network. not on jack psobiac's twitter account, a joe rogan podcast, the alex jones show, or the kangaroo court of social media. and not in front of gym jordan and the house ethics committee.

every democrat appointee, public offical, or head of a 3 letter agency in the last 4 years goes up there and perjures themselves "under oath" for 5 minutes straight while they run out the clock on questions. the whole thing's a joke.
