This local chain is where my family almost always orders from when family visits from out of town:

When the one at the food court at our local dying (now dead) mall closed, it was a sad day. Lots of memories from my late teen years.

When I want to drown in subpar sauce, nothing beats Fox’s pizza.

I used to walk a few blocks to pick it up

Never had domino’s before 2010, which is apparently right after they stepped up their game. For a chain, I like it.

Domino's is ridiculously overpriced.

I haven't had anything from them in a LONG time, but I was recently dating a girl who wanted pizza. I looked at Dominos and a basic "large" pizza (14 inch, I remember 16 inch being the standard large), was almost 20 bucks.

I can get a 16 inch decent pie from a local shop with the works for 20 bucks.

Little Ceasars does a basic 14 inch pepperoni for 5 bucks. Like I said, haven't had it in years, but I doubt Dominos is worth 4 Little Ceasar pies.

You did it wrong. You don't just order menu priced stuff there. You can get two medium pizzas for 6 bucks each on their pick two deal.
