If something involves a violation of US Federal Law, it absolutely falls within the jurisdiction of federal law enforcement, which includes the FBI. There is no such thing as federal law enforcement losing jurisdiction if one of the parties is a foreign entity.

There is nothing stoping the president from ordering his own justice department from dumping everyone out in the open. Why won't he just say exactly what they have? If there is stuff that has to be redacted, or is plain hearsay, then explain that and I could accept it.

But they've told us they've had videos. They've told us there were flight logs, and evidence pointing to thousands of victims. They can't dangle that out there and then say "case closed," with no further explanation.
