Law DOGE Posts Classified Data On Its New Website

Then explain why five decades later there's still classified documents related to the MLK, RFK, & JFK assassinations.
well, it's not because "intel managers" are protecting themselves from personal and professional damage. the entire cabinet is brand new.

I uses the term 'Intel Managers' referring to whom decides what documents is or isn't initially labeled as 'classified.'

They're typically not just within the Presidential Administrations, but also within the pentagon and FBI.

And don't bullshit us by stating as a fact that each and every one of them for decades would never use that access for nefarious personal and professional motives. That's just as likely as congressmen and senators not getting rich through exclusive access to information.
Ever heard of Nancy Pelosi?

you're aware pelosi doesn't have the authority to keep records classified?

Kflo, you read my post and that's what you took from it?

Stop playing dumb.
Well... apparently you don't even know proper capitalization, so maybe you're not playing.

you're moving on from classified records?

this thread is about classified records, my comments were about classified records (in response to you discussing declassification and intel managers protecting themselves), and now you're moving on to pelosi's investment record?

lol at commenting on capitalization....c'mon dude......

you're moving on from classified records?

You're trying to move on from classified records by putting the focus on me by asking if I know Nancy Pelosi... blah blah blah.

I mentioned her as an example of a government representative in Congress who has used her position for personal financial gain.

So let's move back to the classified records with you answering if you believe each and every one of the 'intel managers' for decades would never use that access for nefarious personal and professional motives? Including financial gain?

It should be noted just because something is labeled 'classified' doesn't mean it should be.
Yes but that doesn't change that standard practice for handling classified information must be strictly upheld. Mishandling of sensitive information isn't to be taken lightly. Regardless of what should and should not be public information, standards must be kept at all times.

As someone with a former Secret security clearance, people who've never dealt with sensitive information have no idea how bad lapses in security like this is.
I had a top secret clearance for six years. You’re full of crap

i responded to you saying this:

Its a well-known fact for decades DC's Intel managers have used that label to prevent documents from going public because It'd be damaging to them, both personally and professionally.

this is obviously false. the president and his cabinet have authority to keep classified and declassify. the entire cabinet is new. so no, "intel managers" can't keep documents that are damaging to them personally classified for decades.

as to whether politicians can be corrupt??? duh.....

Besides the cabinet and president, who initially labels documents as 'classified,' kflo?

Hint - They're not elected politicians.

Why are asking about original classification when you suggested they keep records classified for decades to protect themselves?

Why are you never answering questions but always asking them as if you have any answers?

You can't even capitalize, so don't bother pretend you are a source of insightful knowledge.

Don't like Biden.

Didn't vote for him

Not liberal

Wrong is wrong. If you can't address it on both sides then you are the problem.

My point is everything in your post is incorrect.

It's not strictly enforced.
Biden didn't even have authorization to have in his possession classified documents when he was a senator and vice-president, but the ones found in all those locations were from before he was President.

And.... nothing happened to him. At all.
So it's not about the 'crime' but who commits it and if they're politically connected.

You can read eo 13526 yourself. We both know you’re just trying to deflect. What’s the point of your question?

And lol at continuing to bring up capitalization.

It not being strictly enforced is a problem. There are laws a d regulations behind how to handle this information and this level of complacency is unacceptable. From Trump, from Biden, from Musk, from anyone.

Standards are outlined and must be strictly followed. The lack of care or concern over the frequency of these fuck ups is disgusting. Everyone is so quick to brush off and excuse shit that is clearly wrong. I'm over it
