They usually use an inexpensive fish or some other random. Should be cod but dont know the pIace I buy from. I have never tried to cook it myself but tempted. Asian cuisine is hard to beat. Never had Szechuan beef. Maybe I need to switch it up. As I've gotten older it upsets my stomach everytime but.... thats a price I'm willing to acceptI love Szechuan, but when cook it I usually opt for good beef. With seafood we go out for fried flounder, scallops, shrimp, etc. I hate smelling up the house. What fish?
