Trump just officially started DOGE, the department of government efficiency. It is getting run by Musk and Vivek is in it also. The plan is to cut back on goverment wasteful spending as we are trillions in debt.

I'm both skeptical and optimistic about this.

On paper it sounds like it could have positives, but what I hope it isn't is Elon/Vivek being the two sole deciders of where money does and does not go.

As long as there is 100% transparency with what is being spent and being cut I like the idea but it just sounds quite difficult.
