Not at all, and actually, Im not even trying to be a dick. But some of the threads you make are regarding stuff that would probably be cleared up real quickly if you were actually training somewhere. Is that the case? if not, I would suggest doing so before making threads about how your masturbation is affecting your game, that weights are slowing you down, etc.

On topic: It does to a minimal extend. If you stand there all tensed up (what the guys in the vid do) and take punches you surely will be able to absorb some force and condition yourself a bit. but obviously you can't transition it into real fight where you got to be loose and agile.
My verdict is: waste of time. Better train your abs and core muscles and go to the body in sparring.

watching vids like that make me laugh out loud. skinny looking white nerds hitting each other at full force with no apparent reason or description...

In the gym, my trainer used to make me lay in the middle of the ring and then drop a medicine ball on my stomach. Id throw it back hed drop it down again. Also, he used to take it and hit me in the gut with it. I don't know if it helped me take a punch, but since then ive become way less flabby in the mid-section. (which is not a result of the medicine ball, just getting in shape in general.)

Not sure if it helped me take a punch. The best thing for that is to actually spar, because then you are actually getting punched.

Standing there, stiffining up, and getting ready to take punches doesnt improve anything but your ability to take punches when your stiff and standing there ready to take punches.
 
LMAO. Reminds me of a game we use to play in high school, it was called body blows or body shots just another option instead of challenging a fight we'd play body blows an see who lasts....
 
Yes that style of training works great to conditon body but watch out for the groin conditioning part. They kick you in the balls with steel toe shoes.
 
They should just use batons. Fists are for poosays.
