Does sometimes mouth and voice don’t match in ur brain

Sometimes when I talk to people there is a delay from when their face moves and their voice is heard. Like their face moves first then later on what they say comes out. My brain will do this every once in a while bike for a few seconds

Yeah I think something wrong with my brain because u have trouble balancing on stair and I fall form then a lot people think I’m being funny when I walk on them but I’m not
