I just realized that I have never seen a single video of him lifting anything other than his own weight. Not saying this is the case but really crazy shit of he actually doesn't.
Is it (x2) 45's, (x2) 25s and a 10 on each side?
It's hard to tell - like another poster mentioned, it "looks" like 195lbs, but those plates seem thicker than normal. Those are non standard plates, so it is anyone's guess as to what the actual value is.
Given that he walks around at 180+ and by all accounts, is as strong as an ox, I would probably think your breakdown is more likely (295)
You know why.
I'm the one who said it "looks" like 195. That was just random word choice. It IS 195. No offence but anyone with experience lifting knows this

No we don't know why. We are not a deluded fool like you to understand crying baby thoughts

I'm not necessarily disagreeing with you, but it is literally impossible to know if you aren't using color coded olympic standard plates. As an example, what may "look" like a standard 45lbs plate can be a bumper plate (5lbs), and range anywhere from 5-45lbs. Ivanko powerlifting plates are the size of a 45lbs in terms of diameter, but they weigh 50kg.
I have seen cement filled plates in low end gyms that look massive, but weigh only 20lbs.
You may very well be right, but I would be surprised a 180lbs Khabib would struggle with 195lbs.

No. In the background on the left, you can see a 45 plate, which is clearly larger than the biggest weight on his bar.Is it (x2) 45's, (x2) 25s and a 10 on each side?
What will you say if they do fight and Khabib smokes him again? Will you be crying for a trilogy? Or should Khabib keep rematching to give him more chances to win? Your boy got soundly beat, get over it.yet here you are cry babying

400lbs*He can't because he already walks around at over 200lbs and cuts 45lbs to make 155. If he put on any more size he would have to fight at welterweight which we all know he's too scared to do
Anyone who lifts can tell that's a 45 lb bar and on each side there's 2 x 25 lb plates, 2 x 10 lbs. and 1 x 5 lbs.
Add em up and its 195.
Lol at everyone who says Khabib is such a thick, muscular LW. Like Dustin said it's his technique, not raw strength.
