Does anyone find the UFC boring. They have no stars or storylines. WMMA..

I grew up a Red Sox fan and when we finally won the world series...against our biggest rival...coming back from 0-3 deficit in a 7 game series....THAT was fuckin dramatic, because it had never been done before.

If I remember correctly it had only happened on e in sports history and that was in hockey.

Never watched regular sports after that because that was REAL drama... old men crying on tv kind of drama.
After that everything paled in comparison, except fighting.

I don't need a storyline to watch people fight, hell I'd watch you beat somebody's ass in my backyard...no story needed sir.

That may be the case but I'm not a casual and I don't need the company dictating who or what they are presenting.

I watch fights for the technique, the will to win, the violence.
Whether they hate or love each other.

When they REALLY hate each other, not when its just to sell the fight.

Oscar beats him senseless.

You're the only person trying to make a difference between 'fake' and 'real' drama.

TS didn't. I didn't.

Drama is drama. You want a specific brand, okay.

My point is, TS is right. the UFC is better when there are stories and stars happening. And it's true in all sports.

and all these posters pretending they're above it, are liars.

Don't pretend the UFC is writing all these "stories". They're very often created from social media, the fighters, and fans like us. Who waste our time on forums, creating something to excited about while we wait for our cards.
 
Due to time zones I tend to watch a lot of fights between folks I have never heard of, and if someone punches someone in the face, does a nice spinning shit kick thing and then proceeds to elbow them in the face and finish it all up with a nice barehanded strangulation.... even names become as irrelevant as they are with my favourite prostitute.

The UFC has been feeding storylines to guys for awhile now.

Im not a liar because I don't care for the bullshit drama.
I would watch the fights even if nobody said anything at all.

It would also be great if MMA was popular and the fighters were rich.

It would probably make the fights better.
