Yah, I appreciate all fighters who provide me with entertainment.

That includes every single UFC fighter ever.

Comparing it to the men's division is the equivalent of saying the lightweight division sucks because heavyweights would maul them. They're different divisions, they are split up for a reason. What matters is relativity. The women's 135 can be exciting without needing to be better athletically than the men's 135, for the same reason flyweight can be great even if Nick Diaz probably took their lunch money in school. By your argument, you would only watch heavyweight or light heavyweight because they represent the biggest and baddest gorillas in the jungle.

If you can watch multiple men's divisions and respect the weight class separations, then you can watch the women and respect the sex separations without complaining that the men are more athletic or more powerful. What makes the UFC great is finding out who the best in the world are in their respective divisions. It's about relativity. Yes, maybe joe-blow unranked bellator fighter can dominate a highly-respected female fighter. Who cares? Who cares any more than saying Cain can kill Mighty Mouse? All I care about is how good are you respective to your peers. Joanna vs. Claudia II was outstanding and full of tension, because you knew you were watching the two best in the division going at it, both trying to impose polar opposite gameplans. If you follow the division like any other division and come to know the fighters, it's can be just as enjoyable as the other divisions.

Women are half the population in the world. If you're not excited to know who the best in the world are for half the population on Earth, then you're selling yourself short of some great fights, narratives, personalities and expressions of technical abilities.

BOOOOM!!!!!!!!!

I really look forward to Joanna fights, and find many womens fights to be exciting and fun.. JJ vs Claudia was my fav fight of UFC200 weekend. So yes i support and appreciate WMMA.. The ladies put on a good show..

As long as the fights are good and competitive, I enjoy them. Joanna Champ and Rose are two of the most exciting fighters to watch in the UFC.

I don't handle very well watching women strike each other, bleed and stuff...

Not really. I appreciate their spirit, but I like violent fights and violent girl fights are repulsive.

yes and no, I see the potential but it seems like when every a good fighter is fighting things are so one sided that it's not even entertaining. I just end up feeling bad for the one getting the shit kicked out of her and its not even a male or female thing, its just feeling bad for a human being who is getting beaten to a pulp.

LMAO please learn a thing or two about human biology. Women cannot compete with men in sports.

The Australian Womens Soccer team was trashed 7-0 by a U15 boys soccer team. LOL.

Serena Williams (in her absolute prime!), who is regarded as one of, if not the best female athlete got rekt by an unranked male tennis player. The guy was toying with her, hitting trick shots between the legs and some even claim he was drunk. LMAO.

A high school wrestler would wreck WMMA. Keep being a cuck tho, girl power!
Just because a guy is physically stronger than a girl, what has that got to do with women in mma.

As far as I know they aren't fighting men, so your argument is utterly illogical

I used to feel the same way about women's fights. The "women shouldn't be hit" thing is so ingrained into a lot of men with how they were raised, that it can take some time to re-wire your brain. You absolutely should re-wire it, though, because saying "violent girl fights are repulsive" is just another way of saying "I don't respect these women as adults or athletes capable of making their own choices and they need me to protect them from themselves." Which, when you lay it out on the table, is a really insulting and demeaning way to view women, albeit well-intended.

No it's not insulting and demeaning to think women shouldn't be hit nor be entertained about watching them get hit what kind of sick individual are you?

How could you get excited to see a woman KO or choke another woman out?

Of course I appreciate it. Joanna vs Claudia was the fight of the UFC 200 weekend, and it wasn't even close.

Overall skill isnt there in WMMA. UFC pushed it into their main programming far to early. Doesnt help that their poster girl hasnt fought in seven months after losing. Entire situation just feels like Brocks MMA career. Its simply a stepping stone for WMMA fighters in hopes of bridging out towards something better.

bad_k, I really don't mean this to be rude, but I am convinced at this point that you are either trolling, or not old enough to understand the things you're replying to. Every time you reply to me it's like you didn't comprehend anything that was just said, and yet still feel the need to reply anyway. I could literally just copy and paste what you just replied to and it would be the exact response to what you just said. It's maddening. It's like talking to a wall. I can't do it anymore.
