Do yall believe in RDR yet?

1st time seeing him. Name pops up a couple times every few months but had no idea who he was. Glad he dispatched the hype quick and without much worry. Made for a good scrap. Put away Strictland boring ass next and he'll be known.

well rounded with good experience. i think he has what it takes... potentially

but beating Bo Penny (best win was 1-5 paul craig)
and kevin holland

doesn't make me think someone is a world beater.

Surprised by his size and how he handled Bo getting him down. I for sure though Bo was going to have the say where the fight goes at the very minimum.

He's cool. He has entertained. He has finished. The wisecrack about checking if he's still Dutch and thus trying out the knees was awesome.

I get his call out of strickland, but I think Whitaker vs Strickland might make more sense where they're both kind of in limbo, and both former champs. Just a bigger marquee fight to be making. Cannonier or Dolidze seem like more logical next steps for RDR. I personally like Dolidze where he's got some cool grappling chops too. Watch those 2 tangle it up on the ground.

RDR vs Strickland will be good. Give me RDR in that fight. RDR slept on his only loses coming to a guy at 205.

Believed in him so much I put all my you sound poor account credit on him.

I'll be rooting for him. That was an awesome performance. He seems genuine too.

So why not. I need someone to cheer for in that shithole of a division anyway

His training in USA seems to be paying off
Let's not downplay the Dutchness. His striking coach is Henri Hooft.

Only problem is RDR is 34. He's already almost past his prime. I don't think he's good enough to beat the top 5, and I don't think he has enough time left to improve until he physically starts to decline.

He has a solid shot at the belt.

IMO he beats everyone easily except Rob, DDP, Borz, and make Caio.

All those fights would be wars
He beats everybody but the top 5 easy… well I guess if that counts as “believing” in him then I’m in

My first impression was that Rob is probably too old....then I asked myself is he? Rob is younger by 3 months. RDR has looked great and has only lost to Malykhin. I like that he brings some new life to the MW division.

I was shocked when I saw the odds when the fight started. I thought RDR was the favorite or it would be like toss up odds.
What a missed opportunity.
