Do moles on a pretty girl distract you?

I've always had this issue where a girl can be stunning but if she has prominent moles I can't get past the distraction.

Depends on how many and the location and size.

for example, Cindy Crawford and Eva Mendes it adds to their look.

However Rachel McAdams can be distracting sometimes even though she is still beautiful.

Depends on the severity. The ones in the image in OP are a bit off-putting, but not a huge deal imo. Massive moles on the face would obviously be a bigger issue.
