So that didn’t happen?
So that didn’t happen?
Housing is a supply side failure. Aka the side that illegal immigrants subsidize.Dude, no matter what I show you, you’ll come up with some lame excuse. That’s like saying torrential rain doesn’t cause flooding.
So that didn’t happen?
Have you been living under a rock?No one is "out to get Donold", no one. He flouts the laws and expects everyone to applaud him for it. Sorry, but Donold did it to himself and sooner or later you face justice.
It is what it is.
Point me to a specific market where this caused a shortage of housing stock. You know nothing of the housing shortage if you think it's because of illegal immigration, as opposed to homeowners reducing the supply of housing going back decades.
Hint: Immigration tends to improve the housing market as a whole. Where do you think the labor that drives down the cost of building homes comes from? Not to mention immigrants more effficiently use housing stock (multifamily/multigenerational households).
Have you been living under a rock?
Weird request, but ok:
Plenty of videos showing domestic terrorists hitting cops with flags, poles, pepper spray, shields, improvised weapons, a fucking door,
No, I am pointing out that illegal immigration did not cause the housing shortage and skyrocketing home prices we've seen for decades. That immigrants tend to improve some aspects of housing supply is just a statement of fact, not policy endorsement. Are you advocating for using Illegal immigrants to keep housing costs down?
lol...
Also... Cali is fixing to up the ante on wrecking their own housing crisis
They cannot, and those benefits are already available to citizens. I have mixed feelings on it anyways. So in Cali, illegal immigrants can build their own houses and receive free financing from the state to pay for them? lol...
Yeah, fuck all the homegrown low income families... California is fixing to import a huge mass of immigrants to supplant them.
he'd show you some printed gifs as replies.I love Strychnine, but his TDS is uncurable.
I'd still enjoy 82 beers with him though. Because I'd refuse to talk about politics in person
Good let them all go there.Yeah, fuck all the homegrown low income families... California is fixing to import a huge mass of immigrants to supplant them.
The fact these dipfucks are denying this is absurd. It was broadcasted live,
Have you been smoking them?Have you been living under a rock?
What? No there isn'tThey cannot, and those benefits are already available to citizens.
Good let them all go there.
Massively increasing supply is step 1A, curbing investment firms from massively overbidding on any house that hits the market, thus manipulating the home values across the board and then renting them out at extortinate rates because nobody but wealthy people can afford homes is 1B.If you're serious about addressing housing, the first stop is massively boosting supply. Nothing else. Period. It's telling that people who claim to care somehow don't want to address the chief cause.
Georgia fell apart, same for the classified documents obtained illegally. The 34 felonies will be overturn upon appeal. Sounds like election interference to me. This administration has be so dishonest and damaging to America. Trump ain’t the problem hoss.Have you been smoking them?
NY is not “the administration.”
GA is not “the administration.”
It’s not even very accurate to view a Special Counsel as “the administration” because they have independence from the AG.
As in they currently cannot because the bill in that tweet is not out of committee yet. It's proposal not law. What? No there isn't
My two links were about actual policy. I don't pay attention to what's on your social media feed. You think two links erased the behavior of millions of liberals during covid? We were there. We saw the behavior. Literally nothing you say disproves any of it.
Troll on brother.
More or less. Owning homes for investment isn't good but I would put it as a much less significant issue than zoning and other restrictions. Having said that, taxes should heavily disincemtivize owning multiple homes, both indivially and corporately.Massively increasing supply is step 1A, curbing investment firms from massively overbidding on any house that hits the market, thus manipulating the home values across the board and then renting them out at extortinate rates because nobody but wealthy people can afford homes is 1B.
I have a great job and an 800 credit score. The cheapest property around me is a tiny 2B/2BA townhouse in my neighborhood is $300k, and has a $310/mo HOA fee, even with $60k down to avoid PMI that is $2k a month, absolutely insane... the next cheapest is an apartment home, $2.3k a month, with 70k down.
By the time my son graduates high school, a 40+ year old starter home is going to be 750k and 2 bedroom apartments will be 3 grand a month.
