Why do you have an opinion about abortions ?

She's in all likelihood more intelligent than the majority of federal elected officials in the executive and legislative branch. There's plenty of positions you can criticize her for or even dumb ideas or comments, but it's baffling to describe a lawyer who passed what's considered the toughest bar exam "dumb" when compared to the majority of senators and reps.
You're right. She's incredibly clever like every other lawyers. She passed the bar. It's the ultimate proof.

Percent of Elected Members of Congress Who Are Lawyers from Different Regions of the United States

"From Abraham Lincoln to Barack Obama, lawyers have long been associated with elected office in the United States. In fact, since Independence, more than half of all presidents, vice presidents and members of Congress have come from a law background. Yet, in a recent working paper titled “The Declining Dominance of Lawyers in U.S. Federal Politics,” I show that lawyers’ once unquestioned supremacy in federal elected office is in a slow but steady retreat. In the mid-19th century, around 80 percent of the U.S. Congress were lawyers. By the 1960s, this number had dropped to about 60 percent. Today, just under 40 percent of the U.S. Congress are lawyers." (source: https://clp.law.harvard.edu/knowledge-hub/magazine/issues/lawyers-in-politics/declining-dominance/)

But you must be right. Being a lawyer proves Harris is clever.

She's so intelligent she forgot to file the right paperwork. She forgot to object at the right times. She forgot a lot of things. I'm pretty sure she passed the bar.

Dan was a lawyer. Dan was a VP. Dan was therefore a genius. (I love this pic btw. The blank stare just screams genius.)

Agreed,

The bar has been set from here on out.. That damn Roll Call could have been a PPV event.

Can you imagine in 4 years from now, all of the young Democratic voters coming of age purchasing tickets just to see the roll call.
this is why the republicans could never do a dnc type roll call cause all the artists would be pissed they are playing their music

What is that based on? The majority of the senate are also lawyers, 5 are medical doctors, 4 have PHDs, 20 have masters degrees. Harris' law school isn't ranked in the top 80 and she failed the bar exam. California has a lower passing rate for the bar exam now, and they also have the lowest literacy rate in the country, but the pass rate was nearly 60% when she failed it. If you're some legal wizard, you're probably not working as an assistant in the DA's office in Oakland.

only a person who has NEVER had a cognitive or spiritual awakening cannot fathom what the phrase unburdened by what has been means. I mean that. you have to be a psychological CHILD to mock such a statement. it is absurd to me that NONE of you can comprehend a radical or even gradual awakening. its nearly criminal. ALL of you will pass on ALL of the suffering you have to your children.

you are not qualified to analyze life.

Your post is just a waste when DJT and the Republican party have openly called for defunding the FBI. What's your view on that?

I don’t agree with it either. My post wasn’t pro republican or pro trump. It was pointing out the hypocrisy by politicians on both sides. A good example would be members of “The Squad” calling for defunding the police yet AOC praising the bravery of the Capitol Police for protecting her on Jan 6th.

But really the FBI and the local police are apples to oranges as far as safety goes. The FBI aren’t walking a beat. They mostly focus on white collar crime and extortion. That’s not to say that they don’t have their role in law enforcement.

Hypocrisy on both sides.

Defund the police, but thank God that they were there Jan 6th
interesting they need ID's, walls/barriers and extra police at DNC. All that is to protect them from their own base lol
people were told to use fake names at hotels
jewish meetins were held in secret locations

I strongly suspect that the reason the phrase “what can be, unburdened by what has been” makes no sense to conservatives is because for them, “what has been” wasn’t a burden—it was the glory days. The GOP is pretty much obsessed to returning to “what has been,” that other groups found burdensome.
