You're obviously going to vote for Kamala so I would think you would want to make yourself aware of how dangerous some of these policies could be. You'd be taxing people on money that they technically aren't even in possession of. That's a dangerous path to go down.

I'm all for everyone paying less taxes. The government is way too entrenched into all of our pocketbooks. 3+ months of my work goes right to the government without me seeing a dime of it, despite working hundreds of hours for it. If they were just building roads and schools with it, I'd be okay with that because we would have nice ass roads and schools. Instead we have shit everything while billions of our tax dollars are going to other countries and the military industrial complex.

The government is not a few dollars short of making all our dreams come true. I wish people would finally wake up to that.

Would you literally be able to buy a $125k house essentially with no down payment? Does anyone really think someone who didn't have to do any work to buy a house is going to be able to keep the house? Mortgage defaults will sky rocket.

There is nothing dangerous about taxing unrealized gains. Stop buying into billionaire's fear mongering.

How is it anymore dangerous to tax unrealized gains than it is to loan money based off those same unrealized gains which we do constantly?
