He obviously doesn't believe that. He knows rightests are stupid and racist in this country and just used that to get his foot in the door.

He was laughed out of the political stage by both parties when he was much younger and capable in the early 2000s, but as soon as he picked up the blatantly racist attacks against Obama he was their guy.

I think that's a small percent of what she has totally proposed and doesn't really disqualify the rest which is much more realistic and obtainable than anything Trump has ever proposed.

I think the sentiment that the richest people need to pay more to support the country is correct, but this isn't a policy that would ever get through Congress.

Trump has incredibly destructive policies. Don't know what that hack is talking about. I don't think taxing unrealized gains on the ultrawealthy is good policy, but I also don't think it'll happen, and the totality of Harris's agenda is very good (really good housing policy changes, for example).

How do you get around a likely scenario that if first time home buyers have a $25k credit that goes towards their house purchase, they can afford to bid higher on the house they want over someone else knowing they have the credit, pushing up the housing market prices even further as more and more people are using the credit on their first house purchases?

I don't think it's anywhere near insane. It's the proper tone if you actually care about things like the debt and deficit, which you often scare yourself over.

I mean that's because I don't know the answer and don't care to look into it at the moment, if taxing unrealized gains the way to that goal, then sure I'm for it. But I could be persuaded otherwise. I'm not married to the idea.

I also don't think you agree with me since you support GOP politics almost without fail. The only policy of the GOP in my entire lifetime has been subversion of the Federal government institutions through underfunding, and then cutting taxes on exactly those two groups.
