cult of personality? well, they aren't putting diapers over their pants and maxi pads on their ears and walking around with jars of fake jizz so there's that. but lol at dementia joes gaffes. at this point it's just something to laugh at. thankfully he ain't running for president again so we'll only have to deal with corn pop fumbling his words like that while also possessing the nuclear codes for a few more months.

Biden couldn't put a sentence together and the crowd is like awwww.....

If a pro wrestler flobbed their lines like that they would get booed into a oblivion. We hold pro wrestlers to a higher standard than the president.
