My oldest has some weird dolls like that. Creeps us the hell out. She made her boyfriend get her a Elmo robot just so she could skin it. She also turned a Furby into a giant tarantula.
 
What's the name of the type of drill bit where the top looks like a Burger King crown? The middle is pointy and side edges pointy to reduce chances of the drill bit walking on metal.

Not flat like a canoe paddle (looking like those are for wood). I saw it before, but don't know the official name, so can't order it. The pointy parts at the top are almost same height but middle point is slightly taller.

I've used these at my old job

What I saw was a drill bit w/o any big circular attachment. Talking for #6 or #8 hole.

I'm also wondering if there's such thing as a #6 screw hole punch you hit with hammer to make like a cookie cutter hole.
