How hard is it to make a custom part out of aluminum?

If you need it to support some weight, is it a good idea to buy aluminum strip and bend it to your needed shape?

Are there local places that will custom make parts?

yes

Any plumbers here? I want to reno a bathroom and need to know if I can tie the sink drain into the shower drain. Online searches are still unclear to me.
It all taps the main sewage line just make sure its vented correctly.

I don’t know what I expected when I opened this thread... but it wasn’t this.

I'm trying to attach something with machine screw and nut, but very little clearance to work with. Thinking about taping the nut to a L bracket or gluing the nut to L bracket since it's hard to just use pliers to position the nut and then screw the machine screw.

Any advice?

Also considering trying to stick a plastic anchor into the L bracket holes and using sheetmetal screw instead.

EDIT: Managed to get a few nuts on in tight space via makeshift cardboard glued together to position the nut with the help of painter's tape and also via almost wrecking my thumbnail shoving the nut in there. I now realize I need super thin wrenches and to figure out what size for #6 and #8 nuts. Also need to see if there's such thing as super thin needle nose pliers... or use tweezers.
