I've put on more than a few pounds of waterweight - the belt had to be moved up a notch. Frustrating to see the scale jump up more than a few pounds eventhough I'm nowhere close to eating the surplus required to actually earn those pounds. Oh well. Stuff my face.

Girlfriend's in town, so there's bound to be casualties. That, and the fact that I have earned some cheating days. I probably will put on a fair bit less than a kilo of fat mass over the course of this weekend. The waterbloat is another story entirely though. A week of lowcarb at a 500kcal deficit will solve that - the Q is whether my disciplinary balance is void or not, along with my gymperformance.
Though lo-carb is easier on the economy... found a place that sells eggs for 50SEK/60pcs! (Smaller than usual at about 40g a piece, but still!)

Brother, I am practically just a dick-hair away from becoming a vegetarian. My daily meatconsumption is down to about 250g a day, and it seems to be sustainable from a performance standpoint. It's fucking awesome considering that I am a poor (and cheapassed) student, hence the budgeting. Creatine supplementation is a given, though.

A protein standpoint I could just switch those 250 grams for a slab of cheese and half a pack of quark, or quark and an extra scoop of whey. Essentially just switching it for another "block" or protein-rich foods.
