Alright. I've had serious sleeping problems the past week, and I'm well on my way to slipping into a depression. There's a myriad of interconnected factors at play - moving to a new town, my residential situation, the academic curriculum, organising everyday-tasks, pressuring myself to attain results in the gym, overanalysing social contexts - all of which maybe is caused or exacerbated by the fact that I've basically been eating either at a deficit or hovering at maintenance for almost seven months, which quite possibly has started to fuck with my hormonal profile. I dont know exactly what's causing this negative spiral, but I have to start changing things to get out of this dark cloud.
